This Defending Gang Cases Seminar will provide you with 6.0 hours of continuing legal education participatory credits by addressing some very important aspects in the defense of gang cases. We will cover important topics that include trial preparation, humanizing your client, selecting and working with a gang expert, closing argument, discovery issues, and an exhaustive review of the laws and case law pertaining to gangs. This activity is deemed approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education by the State Bar of California in the amount of 6.0 hours.
